Kan Yang is an Associate in the International & Cross Border Transaction Group at Holland & Knight. He practices in the area of immigration, corporate governance, international trade, and China related matters.
Mr. Yang has experience representing clients in criminal, civil and administrative proceedings. He has drafted corporate and litigant documents, participated in commercial negotiations and advised clients on law and policy.
Mr. Yang is also admitted to practice before the China National Bar.
