Kenneth A. Jenero is a Co-Leader of the Labor and Employment Practice Group at the Chicago office of Holland & Knight. Mr. Jenero has devoted his entire professional career to litigation and client counseling in all areas of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination and affirmative action, wrongful discharge, collective bargaining, union-management relations, wage and hour law, employee benefits, occupational safety and health, business immigration, and general personnel administration. He represents private and public sector employers on a nationwide basis before arbitrators, administrative agencies, and state and federal courts at all levels.

Mr. Jenero writes a labor-management relations column in the Employee Relations Law Journal and is a member of the Journal's Editorial Advisory Board.

Mr. Jenero has presented seminars on labor and employment related topics for various employer organizations, including the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce, Illinois Employer Council, Illinois Association of School Business Officials, Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE), Illinois CPA Society, Independent Accountants’ Association of Illinois, Midwest Textile Services Association, Greater O'Hare Association of Industry and Commerce, Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce, Southland Management Institute, Oak Brook Area Association of Commerce and Industry, Master Printers Association of Illinois, Northwest Suburban Association of Commerce and Industry, Chicago and North Suburban Bank Personnel Associations, Lake County United Way Executives Council, and Ravenswood Industrial Council.

Mr. Jenero served as an extern clerk to the Honorable Judge Nicholas J. Bua, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
