She primarily represents condominium developers in cases involving the Florida Condominium Act and the Interstate Land Sales Act. She also represents large companies and banks in general commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, she was part of a team of attorneys that served as national counsel for major auto and property insurer for all class actions involving payment practices relating to Medical Payments Coverage and Personal Injury Protection Coverage. She has experience practicing in Florida state and federal courts and has litigated cases in New York, Delaware, Alabama, Minnesota, Illinois, Montana, Washington and Arizona.
