Kathleen McManus Bagwell practices in the firm's Real Estate Group. Her practice emphasizes commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, and retail and office leasing for various clients such as owners and developers of Class A office buildings, regional malls, shopping centers and mixed-use projects.
Ms. Bagwell is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, Women in Retail Real Estate and the International Counsel of Shopping Centers.
