Kimberly R. Ward is a member of the firm's Litigation and Appellate Practice Groups. As a litigator, Ms. Ward has investigated claims of corporate wrongdoing, interviewed hundreds of witnesses and gathered evidentiary materials for investigations, pre-trial and trial proceedings. She has five years of experience as a litigator and conducting interviews, trial preparation and discovery for pre-trial investigations.
Ms. Ward's litigation practice has included representation in various areas including commercial litigation, personal injury, and environmental litigation.
Ms. Ward also has significant appellate advocacy experience. She provides advice to clients regarding appellate procedure and regularly prepares appellate briefs. Ms. Ward has represented clients in the Eleventh and Tenth Circuits, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of The State of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of Alabama.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ward clerked for Judge Joel F. Dubina, Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit and Justice Champ Lyons, Jr., Associate Justice, Alabama Supreme Court.
