Linda Auerbach Allderdice is a litigation partner in the firm's Los Angeles office and heads the firm's Labor and Employment practice in California. She represents clients in complex litigation in all aspects of labor and employment law and advises clients on compliance with state and federal labor and employment regulations.
Ms. Allderdice's clients span a wide range of industries, including transportation, real estate, manufacturing, electronics and technology, entertainment, and health care. Regularly appearing in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies and arbitration tribunals, Ms. Allderdice litigates a broad spectrum of employment-related matters, including discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, disability, wage and hour individual as well as collective or class action claims, and trade secret and intellectual property disputes. As part of her litigation practice, Ms. Allderdice has participated in numerous mediations of employment-related disputes. She has litigated employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, trade secret and intellectual property disputes, unfair competition, and defamation and privacy issues. Ms. Allderdice also counsels employers on compliance with employment-related regulatory statutes and represents companies in traditional labor law matters such as union representation, collective bargaining and unfair labor practices proceedings.
