Laura C. Garofalo focuses her practice in labor and employment law in Holland & Knight’s Chicago office. Ms. Garofalo has experience representing employers before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Ms. Garofalo has also been recognized by Holland & Knight for her representation of pro bono clients.
Prior to entering law school, Ms. Garofalo worked in the human resources departments of two major companies where she advised employees in the areas of employee relations, leaves of absence, benefits, and payroll.
