Lynsey A. Templeton is a member of the firm's business law section. She practices in the areas of general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.
Ms. Templeton represents both public and private companies, advising clients on the buy-side and sell-side of transactions within a variety of industries. She also provides counsel on corporate structure, corporate governance, and corporate reorganizations.
Ms. Templeton holds the distinction of being the top-ranking graduate of 211 students in her class at the University of Florida College of Law.
