L. Kinder Cannon III has served as General Counsel of Holland & Knight since 2000. He is a business lawyer whose practice has been concentrated in the areas of corporate finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and franchising law.
Mr. Cannon’s professional experience has been augmented by service as a business executive responsible for corporate development and marketing and as a court-appointed receiver for an operating business.
