Lisa D. Johnson is an Associate in Holland & Knight's Chicago office. She is a member of the Firm's Litigation Practice Group and has both prosecuted and defended a wide range of commercial matters, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, fraud, constitutional violations and deprivation, intellectual property infringement, unfair competition and equitable claims for injunctive relief, restitution and/or constructive trust. She concentrates her practice on matters involving non-competes, non-solicitation clauses and other restrictive covenants, infringement of intellectual property, trade secret misappropriation and other forms of unfair competition, shareholder disputes and creditors' rights in bankruptcy proceedings.
Ms. Johnson currently serves as co-chair of Holland & Knight's Women's Initiative and actively supports various non-profits, charities and other organizations designed to assist women and children. She further dedicates a substantial amount of time litigating on behalf of the Firm's broad range of pro bono clients.
