Ms. Rabbitt's practice focuses on various general commercial real estate transactions involving office buildings, condominiums, mixed use projects and shopping centers, with an emphasis on retail real estate development and transactional work. She counsels clients such as landlords, tenants, and owners and developers of Class A office buildings, regional malls, shopping centers and mixed-use projects on sales, acquisitions, and office and retail leasing matters. Ms. Rabbitt also represents both lenders and borrowers in real estate financing and re-financing transactions. Ms. Rabbitt routinely prepares lease documentation, purchase and sale agreements, easement agreements, corporate and other documentation in connection with her practice.
