Lars Forsberg practices in the areas of international, corporate and admiralty law. He has extensive experience in federal trial litigation including multi-district litigation. In addition, he has acted as counsel in numerous arbitrations and alternative dispute resolutions involving commercial disputes and maritime matters.
Mr. Forsberg has written articles and lectured on secure financing, loan documentation, foreclosures and joint ventures.
He recently retired as a Captain in the United States Navy Reserve.
