Lindsay H. Tasher is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group of Holland & Knight's New York office. Ms. Tasher handles all types of civil litigation, with an emphasis on aviation mass-tort law and wrongful death/personal injury claims against airlines and their insurers. Over the past two years, Ms. Tasher has actively participated in handling wrongful death and personal injury claims arising from a major mass-casualty airline disaster. She has also represented aircraft and engine lessors in repossession actions.
Ms. Tasher also has experience in product liability and asbestos defense litigation, and she continues to handle various commercial claims under both New York and New Jersey state and federal law, including claims for breach of contract, fraud, negligence, and breach of fiduciary duty.
At George Washington University Law School, Ms. Tasher was a Dean's Fellow for the Legal Research and Writing Program, as well as a Member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.
