Leighton T. Brown II is an associate in the Public Policy & Regulation Group in the Washington, D.C. office of Holland & Knight, where he is a member of the Telecommunications Team. Mr. Brown primarily represents broadcasters, both radio and television, and wireless carriers.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Brown practiced law in Los Angeles, California, where he concentrated on corporate governance and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on the construction industry. While in law school, Mr. Brown served as a journal editor for the Annual Review of Banking and Financial Law.
