Leighton T. Brown II is an Associate in the Public Policy and Regulation Group in the Washington, D.C. office of Holland & Knight LLP, where he is a member of the Telecommunications Team. Mr. Brown primarily represents broadcasters, both radio and television, and wireless carriers.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Brown practiced law in Los Angeles, California, where he concentrated on corporate governance and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on the construction industry. While in law school, Mr. Brown served as a journal editor for the Annual Review of Banking and Financial Law.
Mr. Brown is not admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. He is currently practicing under the supervision of admitted DC Counsel. Mr. Brown is admitted in California.
