Lindsay Dennis represents management clients with respect to labor and employment matters, including age, race, sex, national origin, pregnancy, disability, and religious discrimination claims in proceedings at the local, state, and federal levels in addition to claims arising out of employment agreements and covenants not to compete.
In the labor area, Ms. Dennis represents employers in connection with union avoidance, unfair labor practice charges, and collective bargaining. She counsels and defends management clients in matters arising out of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), and numerous state and local laws. Ms. Dennis also has experience representing educational institutions in matters involving faculty and students.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Dennis completed a term of service with AmeriCorps where she served as an advisor for an undergraduate student organization.
