Lynne B. Xerras is a Senior Associate in the firm's Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights and Insolvency Group. She practices in all areas of bankruptcy law, primarily representing debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, equipment lessors, court appointed functionaries, and creditors' committees in corporate reorganizations across a wide array of industries. Her experience also includes advocating for parties involved in preference actions, claim objections, and other insolvency related litigation. Ms. Xerras has been listed by The Deal as one of the busiest corporate bankruptcy attorneys and busiest unsecured creditor counsel by number of active engagements.
Ms. Xerras is a frequent lecturer for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and the Boston Bar Association on bankruptcy law and procedure and creditors' rights issues, and has authored several articles for those organizations as well.
