Marissa C. Brinkley concentrates her practice in real estate transactional matters, including the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial properties. Ms. Brinkley has represented both national and local corporations, and other real estate developers and property owners, including a public pension fund, in the sale, purchase and leasing of their commercial properties. Ms. Brinkley also has done extensive analytical work for an international corporation with respect to its domestic real estate holdings. She also has commercial litigation experience.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Brinkley worked in private practice in the St. Louis metropolitan area and southern Illinois. Prior to that, Ms. Brinkley was employed as staff counsel to the Democratic National Committee in Washington, D.C.
