Mara Aronson Geronemus practices in the Litigation Section with an emphasis on federal securities fraud litigation and class actions. She also handles SEC enforcement matters and internal corporate investigations.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight , Ms. Geronemus was associated with another New York firm, where she represented corporations and individuals in cases involving, primarily, complex securities class actions and corporate governance issues.
