Michael D. Mr. Rechtin represents on a local and national basis pension funds and pension fund advisors, real estate investment trusts, investment advisory groups, local and national commercial developers and real estate entrepreneurs.
Mr. Rechtin's experience includes:
- Represented the owner of 541 N. Fairbanks (Chicago) in 2007 in the largest North Michigan Avenue office lease in recent years.
- Acted as lead counsel to former owner of 100 North Riverside Plaza in downtown Chicago in the negotiation of The Boeing Company world headquarters office lease.
- Represented UBS Warburg in its Chicago headquarters office lease for more than 400,000 square feet at One North Wacker.
- Represented a joint venture that is developing over $150,000,000 in industrial warehouse properties.
- Represented the owner and developer of the Cantera project in Warrenville, Ill., for almost a decade in the sale of lots, creation of a master owner's association and implementation of a master development and easement regime.
- Exclusive outside real estate counsel to a major automotive parts supplier with facilities nationwide.
