Michael D. Starks joined Holland & Knight in 2000. He practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, focusing on commercial matters such as contract disputes and business torts, insurance coverage and bad faith matters, and product liability cases. His practice includes the representation of clients in the biotech, automotive/automotive parts, insurance, entertainment and transportation industries.
After graduating with his undergraduate degree, Mr. Starks worked as a radio station office manager for three years before attending law school.
