Matthew Mitchell is an associate in the Litigation Section and a member of the firm's national Labor & Employment and Education Practice Groups.
Mr. Mitchell's practice focuses on a broad range of employment-related matters, including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, wage-hour issues, and family and medical leave.
Mr. Mitchell has successfully represented clients before state and federal courts, state administrative boards, and arbitration tribunals. Mr. Mitchell has also counseled and trained corporate clients on various employment related topics, including supervisory training, Fair Labor Standard Act compliance, and sexual harassment.
