Mark C. Michalowski is a member of the Litigation Department and concentrates his practice in the areas of construction, transportation and creditors' rights litigation. Mr. Michalowski has extensive experience representing public and private owners, contractors and other businesses in litigation, arbitration, mediation and bankruptcy proceedings. He also provides clients with general business advice, particularly with regard to the transportation and construction industries, debtor/creditor relationships and the enforcement of creditors' rights and remedies.
While in law school, Mr. Michalowski was executive editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter Digest from 1984-85. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Michalowski was a law clerk for Associate Justice Francis P. O'Connor of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.
Mr. Michalowski formerly served as the Executive Partner of the Boston Office.
