Martin P. Miner practices in the area of commercial real estate. He is the New York Real Estate practice group leader.
Mr. Miner has been involved with substantially all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing and joint venture deal structuring. Mr. Miner has handled several billion dollars each of acquisitions and dispositions of real property, financings and leasing transactions.
Mr. Miner has lectured and written extensively on real estate related topics. His writings have appeared in such publications as the Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal; Practical Real Estate Lawyer and The Commercial Property Lease, Vol. 3, as well as chapters in several books.
Mr. Miner was on the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. and was chairman of the Board of Zoning and Appeals for the Village of Great Neck Plaza. He served as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School where he taught a course in real estate transactions, 2005-2007.
