Megan M. Mocho practices with Holland & Knight's Government Contracts Group. Her practice involves all areas of federal government contract law including bid protests, contract disputes, ethics and conflicts of interest, and contract administration.
Ms. Mocho is particularly versed in government procurement issues related to small businesses including size standards, joint ventures, affiliation, mentor – protégé agreements, set-asides and contract assistance programs such as the 8(a) Business Development, Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVO), and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) programs.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Mocho worked for the National Federation of Independent Business Legal Foundation advocating on behalf of small businesses before State and Federal Courts on regulatory matters. She has also worked on Capitol Hill for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Small Business and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
