Nathan Leavitt practices in the Structured Finance Group within the Business Law Section. Mr. Leavitt's practice involves representing world-leading aircraft operating lessors and international financial institutions. Mr. Leavitt's experience includes aircraft operating leases, aircraft purchase and sale transactions, leveraged and single investor lease transactions, cross-border financing transactions, corporate jet financing, warehouse loan facility financings, operating leases, new aircraft deliveries, debt workouts and restructurings, and foreclosures. Mr. Leavitt also practices general corporate and business law.
In 2008, Mr. Leavitt was one of 15 recipients of the annual Angel Award presented by California Lawyer Magazine in recognition of his commitment to pro bono service.
