Nicholas G. Milano, the Executive Partner for the Fort Lauderdale Office and the Real Estate Practice Group leader for the Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach offices, focuses his real estate practice on the representation of lenders, developers and borrowers. He handles real estate contract drafting and negotiation; advanced title examination and issuance of title insurance as well as leasing issues for major retail clients. Mr. Milano is experienced representing developers and managers in the acquisition or disposition of hotels and drafting related documents. He also represents owners and contractors in construction related matters, which include construction contract negotiation and drafting as well as mechanic's lien and bonding issues.
