She is experienced in the representation of developers in connection with acquisition and sales contracts for improved and unimproved properties, reciprocal easements and operating agreements and title insurance matters.
Ms. Ramirez-Seijas has experience in negotiating, drafting, and successfully closing large commercial, mixed-use, and residential planned developments. She has experience representing local banks in commercial real estate loans as well as representing owners and developers in real estate sales, acquisitions, construction, office and retail leasing transactions.
