Nicole R. Clement is a member of the firm's Business Law Department. Ms. Clement concentrates her practice in the areas of general corporate law, tax credit syndication, partnership law and real estate. Ms. Clement has experience representing developers, institutional investors and syndicators in the debt and equity financing of real estate developments utilizing low-income housing tax credits and historic rehabilitation tax credits.
Ms. Clement was named to the inaugural Stakeholder 100 Class of 2007. The Stakeholder 100 is a national program created to identify and actively invest in the top performing associates of color.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Clement served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph F. Rodgers, Presiding Justice, of the Rhode Island Superior Court.
