Peter Nemerovski practices in the area of commercial litigation. He has represented clients in a wide array of matters, including antitrust, class action defense, contract law, personal injury defense, and trade secret misappropriation. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Nemerovski served as a law clerk to the Honorable Damon J. Keith of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
