Phillip Durham practices in the Structured Finance Group within the Business Law Section. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border asset-based financing, leasing, and sales and acquisitions, with particular emphasis on aviation and equipment finance. Mr. Durham also has experience in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and the representation of biotech companies.

Mr. Durham has worked on a wide range of transactional matters in the area of aviation and equipment finance. Mr. Durham has represented aircraft operating lessors, international financial institutions, U.S. domestic airlines and engine lessors in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including aircraft operating leases, senior and subordinated secured loans, aircraft and railcar purchase and sale transactions, portfolio securitizations, commercial jet and corporate jet manufacturer purchase transactions, engine leasing and financing transactions, spare parts leasing and financing transactions and repossessions and foreclosures.
