Paul Young is a partner in the firm's Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use Department, practicing in the area of real estate. For more than 39 years he has concentrated his practice in the area of real property with an emphasis on real estate transactional matters, lender representation and title insurance law. His experience in these areas includes acquisition, development and financing for commercial and residential property (including land acquisition for both) and representation of shopping center developers, residential apartment developers and other commercial developers.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Young was a named partner in a law firm that focused on real estate and trust and estate matters.
