Que Lynch is an attorney with the international law firm Holland & Knight LLP where he counsels business clients in legal matters involving closely held business organizations, private wealth management, M&A, and entertainment law. Mr. Lynch focuses particularly in the areas of ESOPs, Entity Management, Contract Negotiation, and Brand Maximization.
Mr. Lynch has leveraged his previous entertainment industry experience into a specialty transactional practice in entertainment law, where he represents the business, professional, and personal interests of creative talent, entrepreneurs, and companies on the vanguard of the mass media industries. Mr. Lynch prepares and negotiates agreements on behalf of artists, writers, media executives, personal managers, producers, production companies and media companies. He also advises entertainment clients on brand management and brand maximization opportunities.
Mr. Lynch devotes a significant portion of his practice to probate administration and trust & estate litigation when necessary. Specializing in the representation of national non-profit organizations, Mr. Lynch maximizes the value of bequests, accelerates the distribution of cash and assets, and produces major gift and planned giving opportunities.
Mr. Lynch holds a Juris Doctorate from the Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law and a Baccalaureate Degree in Finance with distinction from Morehouse College.
