Ricardo A. Bedoya is a commercial litigator. He has prosecuted and defended a broad variety of business and tort claims. Among others, he has litigated complex contract, consumer finance, product liability, insurance and real-estate claims, as well as the full range of business tort actions. Mr. Bedoya also has broad-based experience representing banking and lending institutions. In addition to his business-related litigation work, Mr. Bedoya has extensive healthcare-related litigation experience, representing health plans and healthcare facilities throughout Florida.

Prior to his employment with Holland & Knight, Mr. Bedoya was employed as a health policy associate with the Massachusetts Medical Society in Waltham, Mass., and later as an attorney with an international law firm in Dallas, Texas.
