Ms. Dattola is experienced in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate development, including financing, hotel acquisition and sales, office leasing, real estate management and office park developments. Ms. Dattola has extensive experience in representing developers in converting residential properties to cooperative and condominium forms of ownership. In addition, she represents individuals purchasing and selling cooperative and condominiums.
Ms. Dattola was formerly a New York Assistant Attorney General in the division regulating cooperatives, condominiums and time shares.
