Robert Tonn is a Partner in the Chicago office of Holland & Knight where he practices in the areas of product liability and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Tonn has experience representing clients in class action and mass tort litigation, contract and fraud suits, environmental matters and governmental investigations. He has represented clients from a wide range of industries including automobile and automotive component manufacturers, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, medical device manufacturers, airlines and the tobacco industry. His practice frequently involves large, document-intensive cases, specifically those involving electronic discovery.
Mr. Tonn also serves as the Editor of Holland & Knight's Product Liability Newsletter and Alerts.
Before entering law school, Mr. Tonn worked in the high tech industry for companies such as Apple Computer and Raychem Corporation.
