Rick Hutchison's practice emphasizes contract and business torts litigation. He has experience in commercial litigation, product liability matters, class actions and construction litigation.
Mr. Hutchison has extensive jury trial experience in state and federal courts, including complex commercial and product liability matters. Mr. Hutchison has been teaching trial and deposition skills as a visiting instructor for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) since 1997. He has also conducted presentations on how to successfully try premium fraud cases as a guest speaker for the American Insurance Services Group, Premium Audit Advisory Service (PAAS), and taught continuing legal education courses for The Florida Bar. Mr. Hutchison currently serves as a member of the Juducial Nominating Commission for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit.
Upon graduation, Mr. Hutchison served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Dade County State Attorney's Office, Miami, Florida, under The Honorable Janet Reno until October 1991.
