Stacie Goeddel practices in the areas of real estate, hospitality, timeshare, resort and hotel development, real estate finance and corporate law.
Ms. Goeddel represents developers and hotel brands in the structuring of condominium, timeshare, fractional share, private residence club, condominium hotel, and master planned and multi-use resort and hotel development projects, and in the preparation of governing documents and associated agreements for such projects. Ms. Goeddel is also experienced in the structuring of and preparation of documentation for equity and non-equity destination clubs. She counsels clients on compliance with state regulatory requirements in the registration, sale and marketing of domestic and foreign resort development projects and represents developers in the registration of such projects with state agencies.
Ms. Goeddel is experienced in representing financial institutions as well as borrowers in commercial real property and asset-based financing transactions. In addition, Ms. Goeddel represents and advises clients in the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate, with a focus in hospitality and in general corporate matters related to the acquisition, financing, development and management of commercial real property.
