Samuel Spital is a Chesterfield Smith Fellow in Holland & Knight's New York office. He works on the Community Service Team, focusing primarily in the areas of criminal justice, prisoners' rights and voting rights.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Spital served as a law clerk to the Honorable Harry T. Edwards of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and to the Honorable John Paul Stevens of the Supreme Court of the United States.
