Simon B. Auerbach practices in the Litigation Group of the Chicago Office where he has prosecuted and defended commercial claims in both federal and state court. Mr. Auerbach has experience litigating matters in the areas of labor and employment, real estate, product liability, health and life science and contract disputes.

Mr. Auerbach represents clients in actions pending before administrative agencies and state and federal courts. Before joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Auerbach served as a law clerk for the Honorable John H. Moore II, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. Mr. Auerbach was nominated for the Florida Bar President's Pro Bono Service Award for his work at a legal aid clinic in Gainesville, Florida.
