Scott E. Cooper practices in the areas of banking, finance and real estate law. Mr. Cooper is the chair of the firm's national Real Estate Finance Group.
Mr. Cooper has extensive experience representing major U.S. and foreign banks and other financial institutions in real estate financing transactions, including acquisition, construction and permanent financing of office, retail, hotel, condominium and multi-family projects throughout the United States. This experience includes Fannie Mae and Freddie Mae multi-family loan programs, commercial conduit lending programs, loan participations and syndicated loan transactions, and work-outs and foreclosures.
