Shayle P. Fox is a Partner in Holland & Knightâs Chicago office, where he focuses his practice on commercial law, commercial litigation, employment law and labor relations.
Mr. Fox has more than 40 years of experience and divides his time between labor relations and general corporate business matters. He has successfully tried numerous lawsuits and argued many appeals involving labor and commercial issues before several appellate courts including the United States and Illinois Supreme Courts. Mr. Fox represents corporate clients in substantial business transactions, including corporate and real estate acquisitions, and dispositions and major financing, as well as in general business and tax planning.
Mr. Fox has been a guest lecturer at DePaul University and Illinois Institute of Technology Kent Law Schools and a judge of the Midwestern regional moot court finals. He is active in charitable organizations.
Mr. Fox's name was placed on the Bronze Tablet for university honors by the University of Illinois. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1955.
From 1965-2000, Mr. Fox was the managing partner of a 25 lawyer firm in Chicago.
