Sarah Stoddard Toppi practices in the Jacksonville office in the area of commercial litigation. She is experienced in handling real estate litigation matters, especially the representation of condominium developers. Ms. Toppi teams with her developer clients to manage purchase and sale contract enforcement issues from the early stages of a dispute through litigation. Specifically, Ms. Toppi is experienced in defending developers against claims involving the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act and the Florida Condominium Act.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Toppi served in the United States Army as an aviation officer, flying the CH-47D Chinook helicopter and achieving the rank of Captain. Ms. Toppi also holds a commercial rotary-wing pilot's license.
While in law school, Ms. Toppi competed with the trial team and received book awards in evidence and administrative law. Ms. Toppi was also selected to the Order of the Coif, a prestigious legal honor society.
