Shane A. Hart, a member of the Private Wealth Services Section, represents clients in estate planning and probate matters. He has authored numerous articles on various estate planning topics.
In the community, Mr. Hart currently serves on the Planned Giving Committee for the Hillsborough Education Foundation, and on the professional advisory committee for the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay. He serves on the Board of Directors and is Second Vice President for the Tampa Bay Estate Planning Council.
