Shannon B. Hartsfield practices in the area of health law, advising clients on state and federal health care regulatory matters including compliance, data privacy, licensure, prescription drug distribution and pedigree requirements, telemedicine and reimbursement. She is the Litigation and Regulatory leader of the Health Law and Life Sciences Team, focusing on litigation matters.The clients she serves include assisted living facilities, health plans, medical technology companies, disease management companies, nursing homes, pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors, blood and tissue banks, clinical laboratories, medical management companies, and other members of the health care industry.

With respect to community activities, Ms. Hartsfield has served as a Guardian ad Litem and was a Family Law Volunteer of the Year for 2001. In college, Ms. Hartsfield was the recipient of a University Fellowship.
