Sara L. Doyle practices in the areas of civil litigation and education law.
Ms. Doyle is a civil trial attorney who handles litigation through the conclusion of the appellate process. Her cases involve contract, employment, insurance, real estate, tax, trusts & estates, and liability disputes for clients in a wide variety of industries. A member of the Education Team, Ms. Doyle has over 12 years of education experience representing private educational institutions in the areas of academic, student, faculty and employee affairs. Ms. Doyle has successfully represented employers seeking to enforce non-competition, trade secret and confidentiality agreements, obtaining in one case a $5.5 million dollar verdict against former employees and co-conspirators in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She is also experienced in defending class actions.
Ms. Doyle has spoken on issues of student discipline and privacy at Georgia School of Law seminars, the Professional Association of Georgia Educators, and the Education Law Association’s annual seminar.
