Stephen B. Moss is a past Real Estate Section Leader of the firm. He practices in the areas of real property development law, hotel development and operations, title insurance and business law. In these areas his experience includes the representation of developers in complex transactions involving the hospitality industry, office and industrial parks, and a variety of other commercial projects as well as providing general counsel to several companies. Mr. Moss has lectured extensively to the real estate lending departments of financial institutions as well as to real estate developers.
Following two years of active military service in the United States Army, he began the practice of law in Miami in 1971.
