Sophy Chen is a member of the firm's Public Policy and Regulation Group. Her practice focuses on aviation regulatory matters and has included the representation of airlines and other aircraft operators, airports, foreign civil aviation authorities, aerospace manufacturers, and aviation service and maintenance companies.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight LLP, Ms. Chen was a senior attorney with the Air Transport Association, the premier United States airlines trade association, and served as an associate in the aviation practices at two other major law firms in Washington, D.C. She started her legal career as an Honors Attorney at the United States Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration.
