Susan L. Voss practices in the area of resort development. Ms. Voss has over 20 years experience in advising developers, marketers and lenders regarding a wide variety of real estate developments including retirement, golf and mixed-use communities; fee, right-to-use and cooperative timeshare projects; vacation clubs; condominium hotels; and ownership campgrounds.
Ms. Voss' practice focuses on regulatory compliance. She has developed particular experience in the regulation of federal and state telemarketing laws, Internet advertising, Fair Housing, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Equal Credit, RESPA, Truth-in-Lending and other consumer and marketing-related issues. Ms. Voss counsels clients regarding advertising and sales programs. She is also experienced in the registration or exemption of all types of developments with the Office of Interstate Land Sales Registration and comparable state agencies. As part of her practice, she drafts the underlying documentation and sales documents for both community development and timeshare projects.
