Stephen S. Young has over 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer representing clients in civil cases as both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state trial courts and appellate courts. He concentrates in the areas of business/commercial litigation, copyright/trademark infringement litigation, health care litigation, personal injury litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He is a certified mediator and sits as a private mediator and arbitrator.

Mr. Young has been a lecturer on numerous continuing legal education panels regarding business torts, unfair trade practices, copyright/trademark infringement litigation, and personal injury law. In addition, he has served as a case evaluator and mediator in the Middlesex County, Mass., Alternative Dispute Resolution Program; is a member of the private ADR Network mediator and case evaluator panel; serves as an arbitrator through the commercial panel of the American Arbitration Association; has served as a special master through the Middlesex Superior Court; and has served as a master on construction litigation cases through the Suffolk County, Mass., Construction Litigation Masters Program.
