Timothy A. Brinkley practices in commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate. Mr. Brinkley has represented local and national real estate developers and property owners, as well as a statewide public employee pension fund, in the purchase, sale and leasing of real estate. Mr. Brinkley has also worked for a large corporate client on a comprehensive legal review of its real estate holdings in the United States.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Brinkley practiced at a law firm in Illinois, and prior to that, practiced in the Office of General Counsel at the United States Department of Commerce in Washington, D.C.
